Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2024 is an opportunity for graduates to learn technical and professional skills. This opportunity is to gain knowledge and professional experience about the technical aspects. However, students get a chance to work and study in Wipro.

In WILP 2024, students can work and gain the technical knowledge equivalent to B.E/B. Tech, and M. Tech and also gain the live experience of it.

Accordingly, to participate in this program, students have to know their eligibility, selection process, and important updates about this scheme.

Overview

Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2024 Eligibility

• First, the candidate should have completed 10th, 12th, and graduation with 60% marks.
• 2023/ 2024/ 2025 Batch
• BCA, B.sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics with 60% marks.
• Indeed, the applicant should be 18 years of age and above.
• Applicants with a 3-year study gap are allowed anyway.
• Accordingly, Diploma Students should have studied Mathematics as one subject is necessary.
• Also, applicants should clear all the backlogs before 6th semester.
• Clearly, Distance or open school for 10th and 12th is allowed
• Furthermore, there is a service contract period of 60 months.

Selection process:

Round 1 – Online assessment

            4 Categories and 80 minutes assessment

• Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
• Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
• Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
• Written Communication Test (20 mins)

Round 2 – Business discussion

Round 3 – HR Interview

Salary:

• First Year Stipend: Monthly Rs. 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
• Second Year Stipend: Monthly Rs. 17,000 + 553 (ESI)
• Third Year Stipend: Monthly Rs. 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
• Fourth Year Stipend: Monthly Rs. 23,000
